Here are some pictures of the boat currently. The name when we purchased it was My MissChief as you can see in these pictures. The new name with be Stella Maris, which in Latin means “Star of the Sea” in honor of the Blessed Mother Mary, Patron Saint of sailors.

Louise and I are so excited for you and your family, taking off on an amazing adventure.
I think you may know some of our story with our boat Stella Maris that we cruised on. We met so many wonderful people including, of course Chad and Marsha.. We had such a great experience and would recommend the cruising lifestyle to anyone seeking to take a break from the normal 9-5 and live life with a new sense of discovery and meaning.
When we bought our boat, it was already named Stella Maris. At first, we didn’t realize the significance of the name and even considered changing it. When we realized it was in honor of our Blessed Mother, we were sure the boat was perfect for us. On our travels, we attended Mass at a church in Maryland named Stella Maris and visited a resort in the Exumas called Stella Maris.
